Tato práce pojednává o přístupu členských zemí EU k hodnocení nebezpečné vlastnosti odpadů H14 ekotoxicita. Současná legislativa platná v zemích EU neurčuje jednotný postup pro stanovení nebezpečné vlastnosti H14 ekotoxicita odpadu, takže metodiky i kritéria pro zjišťování této nebezpečné vlastnosti jsou stát od státu jiná. This paper deals with the EU member countries attitude to evaluation of hazardous waste property H14 ecotoxicity. Contemporary legislation in power in EU countries does not specify uniform procedure of determining the hazardous property H14 ecotoxicity of waste, so the methodology and criteria for identifying this hazardous property differs from country to country.
