Podstatou předkládané bakalářské práce je zmapování výskytu bakterie methicilin-rezistentní Staphylococcus aureus v období 2009-2013 ve Fakultní nemocnici Olomouc. Teoretická část je podrobněji zaměřena na stafylokoky obecně, problematiku koagulázanegativních stafylokoků, druh S. aureus a jeho rezistentní formu MRSA, jimi způsobovaná onemocnění a možnosti léčby. Abstract:
The aim of this bachelor thesis is to survey the occurence of methicilin-resistant Staphylococcus aureus in the period 2009-2013 in the Faculty hospital (FH) in Olomouc, Czech Republic. The theoretical part is focused on staphylococci in general, with the focus on coagulase-negative staphylococci.
