Tato diplomová práce je zaměřena na vývoj citlivé a rychlé metody pro stanovení afinitních interakcí mezi proteiny a léčivy. This thesis is focused on the development of sensitive and rapid method for determination of plasma protein-drug affinity interaction. This method combines frequently used capillary electrophoresis-frontal analysis with versatile conductivity detection.
