Diplomová práce se zabývá právními aspekty loterií, her a sázek. Zaměřuje se na současnou praxi a její nedostatky, vymezuje prameny právní regulace a charakteristiku právních norem, včetně vnější systémové charakteristiky. Abstract:
The purpose of this dissertation “Lottery, gambling and betting” (financial-legal problems), is to present a legal, factual and practical view of this part of law. The thesis comprises a determination into legal fields of civil law, European law, financial law and criminal law.
