Vrozená trombofilie zvyšuje riziko trombotických stavů a v poslední době je také spojována s reprodukčními komplikacemi. V této diplomové práci srovnáváme genotypové i alelické četnosti 9 vybraných polymorfismů u 156 pacientek s reprodukčními komplikacemi s vybranou kontrolní skupinou z bioinformatické databáze Ensembl. Inherited thrombophilia not only causes an increased risk of thrombosis, but it is also associated with reproductive complications. In this diploma thesis we compare genotypic and allelic frequencies of 9 selected polymorphisms from 156 patients with reproductive complications to a control group obtained from the Ensembl bioinformatics database.
