Abstract:

Absolventská práce se věnuje tématu výdělečné činnosti nestátních neziskových organizací, jako jednoho z možných zdrojů pro financování činnosti a provozu subjektu. Cílem práce je zanalyzovat aktivní výdělečné činnosti nestátních neziskových organizací poskytující sociální služby v okrese Olomouc prostřednictvím strategie kvantitativního výzkumu. První část práce podává všeobecnou charakteristiku neziskového sektoru, uvádí jeho znaky, vysvětluje důvody, které vedly k jeho vzniku a právní úpravu nestátních neziskových subjektů. Druhá část se zaměřuje na financování a principy financování a třetí část se podrobněji zabývá samotnou výdělečnou činností, sociálním podnikáním nestátních neziskových organizací. Čtvrtá část obsahuje výzkum vlastní výdělečné činnosti nestátních neziskových organizací od představení cíle výzkumu, definování výzkumných otázek, pracovních hypotéz, popis výběru vzorku, použité metody sběru dat a analýzu dat. Závěr obsahuje zamyšlení nad tématem a hodnocení.

Abstract:

This graduate thesis focuses on the topic of gainful employment of non-profit organisations (NPOs). Gainful employment is considered to be one of several possible recourses for funding the activities and services of the particular entity. The objective of this work is to analyse the active gainful employments of non-governmental NPOs that provide social service in district Olomouc by using quantitative investigation. First part of the work gives general characterization of non-profit sector, indicating its features, explaining reasons that have led to its formation and legislation of non-governmental NPOs. Second part focuses on financing and its principles, the third part focuses further on the gainful employment and social business of non-governmental NPOs. The fourth part contains the own investigation of gainful employment of the non-governmental NPOs starting with the introducing the target of the research going through defining the research questions, hypothesis, describing the process of choosing the samples, using methods of collecting data and finishing by analysing the data. The conclusion contains reflection and evaluation of the work.
