Examination of the crime scene from the perspective of the uniformed police

Abstract:

Bakalářská práce si klade za cíl zhodnotit ohledání místa činu z pohledu pořádkové policie, vyhodnotit současný stav systému školení a navrhnout opatření ke zlepšení práce na místě činu. Práce je rozdělena do osmi jednotlivých kapitol. První kapitola se zabývá Policií České republiky se specifickým důrazem na pořádkovou policii. Druhá kapitola představuje problematiku ohledání místa činu, přičemž je zde na danou problematiku nahlíženo z hlediska české legislativy. Na tuto kapitolu navazuje v pořadí třetí kapitola, zabývající se postupem v rámci ohledání místa činu. Následující dvě kapitoly představují problematiku kriminalistických stop a jejich rozdělení. Na tyto kapitoly navazuje kapitola věnující se nástrojům a pomůckám, které se využívají při ohledání místa činu. Další dvě části práce jsou praktické, přičemž se zde práce zabývá dotazníkovým výzkumem a jeho vyhodnocením.

Abstract:

The aim of the bachelor thesis is to evaluate the crime scene investigation from the perspective of the riot police, to evaluate the current state of the training system and to propose measures to improve the work at the crime scene. The thesis is divided into eight individual chapters. The first chapter deals with the Police of the Czech Republic with specific emphasis on the riot police. The second chapter introduces the issue of crime scene investigation, where the issue is viewed from the perspective of Czech legislation. This chapter is followed by a third chapter dealing with the procedure of crime scene investigation. The following two chapters present the issue of criminal traces and their division. These chapters are followed by a chapter dealing with the tools and aids used in crime scene examination. The next two parts of the thesis are practical, and here the thesis deals with questionnaire research and its evaluation.
