Abstract:

Tato diplomová práce se zabývá efektivitou insekticidního přípravku Forester proti lýkožroutu smrkovému. Testování probíhalo v areálu Mendelovy univerzity ve dvou sériích (první série: Forester – Vaztak – kontrola, druhá série: Forester – Dinastia – kontrola). Každá série trvala 8 týdnů, kdy se v jednotlivých týdnech hodnotila účinnost přípravků na imaga lýkožrouta smrkového. V laboratorních podmínkách se vybírala imaga s nejvyšší aktivitou a vystavovala se ošetřenému povrchu v pěti expozičních časech (30, 60, 90, 180, 300 s). Následná reakce se sledovala a zapisovala v určitých časech (0,5, 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 12, 24 h). Imaga se rozdělovala na imaga živá, hynoucí a uhynulá. Vaztak a Forester vykazoval podobnou účinnost. Po 2–3 týdnech byl zaznamenán pokles v účinnosti a imaga hynula po 12–24 hodinách. Bylo zjištěno, že všechny přípravky vykazovaly vyšší účinnost do 3.–4. týdne a dále se postupně snižovala. Přípravek Dinastia vykazoval vyšší účinnost ve srovnání s přípravkem Forester. Při porovnání spodní a svrchní části sekcí byl znatelný rozdíl v účinnosti. Spodní část byla efektivnější než svrchní.

Abstract:

This diploma thesis deals with the efficiency of Forester insecticidal preparation against the spruce bark beetle. The testing took place on the campus of Mendel University in two series (first series: Forester – Vaztak – control, second series: Forester – Dinastia – control). Each series lasted for 8 weeks, during which the efficiency of preparations on the imagos of the spruce bark beetle was evaluated in individual weeks. In laboratory conditions, the imagos with the highest activity were selected and exposed to the insecticide-treated surface for five exposure times (30, 60, 90, 180, and 300 s). The subsequent reaction was monitored and recorded at certain times (0.5, 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 12, and 24 h). The imagos were divided into living, perishing, and dead. Vaztak and Forester showed similar efficiency. After 2–3 weeks, a decrease in efficiency was noted and the imagos were dying after 12–24 hours. It was found that all preparations showed a higher efficiency up to the 3rd – 4th week and then it gradually decreased. Dinastia showed higher efficiency compared to Forester. When comparing the lower and upper parts of sections, there was a noticeable difference in efficiency. The lower part was more efficient than the upper part.
