Basic registers in foreign countries and in the Czech republic

Abstract:

Předmětem bakalářské práce „Základní registry v zahraničí a v ČR“ je popis stávajícího stavu v oblasti základních registrů jak v zahraničí, tak v ČR. První část je zaměřena na úvod do problematiky modernizace a elektronizace veřejné správy a vysvětlení pojmu e-government. Druhá část se již týká praxe základních registrů v jednotlivých zahraničních státech, které jsou v této oblasti daleko vyspělejší než Česká republika. Nakonec je věnován prostor již výhradně situaci v ČR, která podmínila vznik základních registrů, je zde popsáno základní fungování registrů a stávající stav jejich implementace.

Abstract:

The goal of the thesis “Basic registers in foreign countries and in the Czech Republic” is to describe current situation in the area of basic registers in foreign countries and in the Czech Republic. The first part is focused on the introduction into the issue of modernization and computerization of public administration and describes the term e-government. The second part discusses best practices and lessons learned from implementing basic registers in particular foreign countries that are more developed in this area than the Czech Republic. The last chapter concerns the situation in the Czech Republic, that motivated the creation of basic registers, there is described the functioning of basic registers and current situation of their implementation.
