Abstract:

Tato diplomová práce se zabývá přesností výpočtu hodnoty VO2 max pulzotachometrem Garmin Fenix 5 v kombinaci s hrudním pásem. Teoretická část práce vysvětluje obecné principy a metody měření srdeční frekvence. Elektrodová metoda snímání srdeční frekvence, která je použita během všech měření, je popsána z lékařského hlediska. Pozornost je věnována problematice přesnosti výpočtů a bližší charakteristice vybraných pulzotachometrů. V praktické části práce jsou srovnávány laboratorní výsledky s měřením terénním. Výzkumem byla potvrzena tvrzení dosud publikovaných studií.

Abstract:

This diploma thesis deals with an exact calculation of the VO2 value max by the pulsation speedometer in the combination with a chest belt. The theoretical part of this treatise explains the common principals and methods of the measurement of the heart pulse. The electrode recording of the heart pulse, carried out at laboratory, is described from the medical viewpoint. This treatise deals with the exactness of the particular calculations and with the closer attributes of chosen gauges. In the practical part of this thesis there are compared the laboratory results with the outdoor testing and measurements. This research confirms the conclusions of the so far publicated studies.
