Diplomová práce se zabývá návrhem systému řízení rizik ve vybraném zemědělském podniku s ohledem na energetický trh. Literární rešerše se zaměřuje na problematiku rizik a význam v podnikatelském prostředí. Analytická část se věnuje detailní analýze a identifikaci klíčových rizik a dále je navrhnuta strategie pro jejich eliminaci.
