Determination of the optical constants and thicknesses of silicon nitride thin films

In this thesis we study the optical properties of non-stoichiometric silicon nitride thin films. First, we introduce basics of the thin-film optics. Then, the methods of deposition and measuring of experimental data are presented. We also discuss the theoretical model which is used in data processing. V tejto bakalárskej práci sa zaoberáme optickou charakterizáciou nestechiometrických vrstiev nitridu kremíka. Na začiatku si zosumarizujeme základné fyzikálne princípy optiky tenkých vrstiev. Ďalej predstavíme metódy ich depozície a merania experimnetálnych dát. Pozornosť venujeme tiež teoretickému modelu, ktorý sme použivali pri ich spracovaní.
