Controlling of business inventories

Abstract:

controllingový systém Tématem této diplomové práce je "Controlling zásob v podniku." Samotná práce se dělí na obecnou (teoretickou) a praktickou část. V teoretické části se zabývám vymezení pojmů zásoby a controlling. Popisuje zde metody oceňování zásob a metody jejich řízení. V úvodu praktické části je stručně charakterizovaná společnost Novem Car Interior Design k. s. Následuje finanční analýza, která se skládá z horizontální a vertikální analýzy a analýzy poměrových ukazatelů. V závěru této části jsou zjištěné výsledky ukazatelů finanční analýzy porovnány s oborovým průměrem. Pak praktická část pokračuje analýzou řízení zásob, kde popisuji, jak řízení zásob ve zvoleném podniku probíhá. Třetím bodem praktické části této diplomové práce je analýza účetního systému, konkrétně se zaměřuji na analýzu účetního systému z hlediska dlouhodobého majetku a zásob. Závěrečná část se věnuje zhodnocení praktické části diplomové práce a obsahuje návrh na možné zlepšení jednotlivých procesů.

Abstract:

The theme of this dissertation is "Inventory management in the enterprise." The work itself is divided into general (theoretical) and practical part. The theoretical part deals with definition of terms inventory and controlling. It describes the methods of inventory valuation and methods of its management. At the beginning of practical part is described the company Novem Car Interior Design k. s. Following financial analysis, this consists of horizontal and vertical analysis and the ratios. At the end of this part, observed results of the financial analysis are compared with the branch average. The practical part continues with the analysis of inventory management, where inventory management in the selected company is described. The third point of the practical part of this thesis is the analysis of the accounting system specifically focuses on the analysis of fixed assets and inventory. The final section draws conclusions from the practical part of the thesis and contains suggestion for possible improvements in individual processes.
