Abstract:

Diplomová práce „Vliv zahraničních odborných praxí na vzdělávání žáků se speciálními vzdělávacími potřebami“ pojednává o procesu získávání finančních prostředků na tyto vzdělávací aktivity ze strany škol a také o tom, zda jsou zahraniční odborné praxe objektivně schopné zvýšit v budoucnu konkurenceschopnost jejich absolventů na pracovním trhu, a to v předem definované oblasti, kterou je speciální školství, konkrétně profesní příprava žáků se SVP na středních školách. Práce je rozdělena na dvě části, teoretickou a praktickou. Práce si klade za cíl definovat silné a slabé stránky celého procesu zajišťování zahraničních odborných praxí pro žáky se speciálními vzdělávacími potřebami, a to nejenom na základě teoretické analýzy, nýbrž také v rovině praktické, podložené výsledky výzkumu provedeného mezi zahraničními partnery a analýzy grantové činnosti konkrétní školy.

Abstract:

Diploma thesis „ Impact of professional training programmes executed abroad on the education of students with special educational needs “deals with the issue of the process of raising some funds in the post-educational activities from the side of schools, as well as, the issue concerning the fact whether the professional training executed abroad can objectively increase the future competitiveness of the school-leavers on the labour market, in a predefined area, which is the area of special education, particularly vocational training for students with special educational needs at secondary schools. The thesis is divided into two parts, theoretical and practical. The thesis aims to identify the strengths and weaknesses of the entire process in which the professional training abroad for students with special educational needs is provided, not only on the basis of theoretical analysis, but also at the practical level, supported by the results of research carried out among foreign partners and the analysis of grant activities of the particular school.
