Diplomová práce pojednává o spolkovém právu, spolku, a především o jeho zakladatelském právním jednáním, stanovách. Práce analyzuje jednotlivé náležitosti stanov, jejich povinné prvky i další volitelné instituty spolku zřízené stanovami, včetně členství, organizační strukturu spolku a možnosti zřízení a úpravy pobočných spolků. The diploma thesis deals with law of associations, associations and mainly with its founding legal proceedings - the articles.
