Postavení insolvenčního správce v úpadkovém procesu

Status of Administrator in Bankruptcy
Abstract:
Cílem této práce je přehledný popis úlohy a postavení insolvenčního správce v insolvenčním řízení. Zejména jeho postavení, práva a povinnosti v jednotlivých fázích insolvenčního řízení, s odkazem na platnou právní úpravu s určením odlišností postavení insolvenčního správce v jednotlivých fázích insolvenčního řízení a u jednotlivých způsobů řešení dlužníkova úpadku.
Abstract:
The aim of this work is a general description of the role and position of administrator in insolvency proceeding. Particularly his role, rights and obligations on various stages of insolvency proceedings, with reference to the legal regulations, identifying differences in the position of administrator in various stages of bankruptcy proceedings and on various stages solving debtor's bankruptcy.
