Assertive Communication in Students of Social Pedagogy

Abstract:

Bakalářská práce se zabývá asertivní komunikací u studentů sociální pedagogiky. Je rozdělena na teoretickou a praktickou část. Teoretická část obsahuje čtyři kapitoly. Zabývá se komunikací jako základním a efektivním způsobem dorozumívání. Pozornost je věnována asertivitě, jakožto důležitému prvku správné komunikace. Třetí kapitola se věnuje využití asertivní komunikace, jak ve škole, v rodině a v partnerských vztazích. Poslední kapitola pojednává o vymezení sociální pedagogiky, o profesi a kompetencích sociálního pedagoga. Praktická část se zaobírá empirickým výzkumem znalostí a schopností studentů sociální pedagogiky asertivně komunikovat formou dotazníkového šetření.

Abstract:

The bachelor thesis deals with assertive communication in students of social pedagogy. It is divided into a theoretical and practical part. The theoretical part contains four chapters. It defines communication as a basic and effective way of communication. Attention is also paid to assertiveness, as a significant element of successful communication. The following chapter explores the usage of assertive communication at school, in families and in romantic relationships. The final chapter discusses the definition of social pedagogy, the profession and competences of a social pedagogue. The practical part provides an empirical research of the knowledge and skills of social pedagogy students regarding their ability to communicate assertively. The research was carried out through a questionnaire.
