Photography through a child´s eyes

Abstract:

Podstatou této diplomové práce je tvůrčí projekt s dětmi mladšího školního věku se zaměřením na vnímání a práci s fotografií. Je kladen důraz na vlastní práci dětí, na jejich vnímání výtvarného pojetí fotografie, na účinky světla v různých prostředích (ateliér ? exteriér) a rozdílné možnosti různých technologií (kompaktní fotoaparát ? digitální zrcadlovka). První část je teoretická, pojednává o základní fotografické a výtvarné terminologii, historii a filosofii fotografie. Je teoretickou oporou části praktické. Praktická část představuje tvůrčí projekt s dětmi mladšího šloního věku s pedagogickou asistencí, seznamuje s přípravami zahrnujícími jednotlivé cíle ? experimenty se světlem a stínem, strukturou lidského těla, odrazy světla a zrcadlením, práci s fotografickými pomůckami, včetně vzdělávacích motivů, klíčových kompetencí, motivace k práci a reflexe vlastního pedagogického výkonu v rámci pomoci při realizování tohoto tvůrčího projektu.

Abstract:

The substance of the diploma thesis is the creative project with children of younger school age with a focus on perception and work with photography. We put the emphasis on the children´s work itself, on their view on fine art of photography, as well as light effects according to working surroundings (studio ? outdoor scene) and different possibilities of various technologies (compact camera ? digital single-lens reflex camera) . First part is theoretical, it deals with basical photographic and visual terminology, history and philosophy of photography. It is a teoretical support of the practical part. Practical part is the creative project with children of younger school age with pedagogical assistance, it introduces separate preparations with particular aims ? light and shadow experiments, body structure experiments, flash light and mirroring experiments, the work with photographic tools including educational motives, key competences, work motivation and reflection of the own pedagogical performance beyond the purview of the help while realizing this creative project.
