The Social Rehabilitation in the Context of Age-Related Macular Degeneration

Abstract:

Předkládaná diplomová práce se zabývá sociální rehabilitací v kontextu věkem podmíněné makulární degenerace. Teoretická část je věnována vymezení klíčových pojmů práce a s nimi spojené problematice. Prostřednictvím kvantitativního dotazníkového šetření bylo zjišťováno, které faktory ovlivňují využívání služby sociální rehabilitace u osob s věkem podmíněnou makulární degenerací. Výsledky dotazníkového šetření byly zpracovány v tabulkovém softwarovém programu Microsoft Excel a mohou sloužit jako zdroj informací pro ty, kdo se o danou problematiku zajímají, především pro samotné osoby s věkem podmíněnou makulární degenerací, jejich rodinu, lékaře a všechny pomáhající profese.

Abstract:

This diploma thesis deals with social rehabilitation in the context of age-related macular degeneration. The theoretical part is devoted to definitions of key concepts of work and related issues. Through quantitative questionnaire survey was investigated which factors influence the use of social rehabilitation services for people with age-related macular degeneration. The results of the survey were processed in a spreadsheet software program Microsoft Excel and can serve as a source of information for those who are interested in the issue, especially for the very people with age-related macular degeneration, their families, physicians, and all the helping professions.
