The issue of drug addicts under the supervision of the probation and mediation service

Abstract:

Bakalářská práce na téma „Problematika drogově závislých pod dohledem probační a mediační služby“ je zaměřena na probační a mediační službu, která se v první řadě snaží o zprostředkování společensky prospěšného a účinného řešení konfliktů, které je spojeno s trestnou činností. Tato práce se zaměřuje nejen na probační a mediační službu, která je provozována na principu restorativní justice, ale zároveň na problematiku uživatelů drog v tomto institutu. Hlavním cílem této práce je poukázat na fungování probační a mediační služby, o které veřejnost kolikrát nemá tušení, jak funguje a co to vlastně probace a mediace je, umožnit lidem lépe nahlédnout do problému trestné činnosti, ale především poukázat na to, jaký vliv může mít užívání návykových látek na páchání trestné činnosti, následnému postavení k tomuto faktu či jaká je spolupráce probační a mediační služby s jedincem závislých na návykových látkách.

Abstract:

The bachelor thesis "Problems of drug addicts under the supervision of the probation and mediation service" focuses on the probation and mediation service, which primarily seeks to mediate socially beneficial and effective conflict resolution that is associated with crime. This work focuses not only on the probation and mediation service, which is operated on the principle of restorative justice, but also on the issue of drug users in this institute. The main aim of this work is to point out the functioning of the probation and mediation service, which the public has no idea how many times it works and what probation and mediation is, to give people a better insight into the problem of crime, but above all to point out the use of addictive substances for committing crime, the subsequent position on this fact, or what is the cooperation of the probation and mediation service with an addict dependent substance.
