New Building with Low Energy Consumption

Abstract:

Bakalářská práce se věnuje problematice výstavby budov s nízkou spotřebou energie. V teoretické části práce je objasněna historie nízkoenergetických domů, vysvětleny základní pojmy z oblasti energetické náročnosti budov a taktéž popsány základní principy koncepčního řešení těchto budov. Aplikační část práce obsahuje vlastní návrh rodinného domu s nízkou spotřebou energie. Součástí je architektonická a stavebně – konstrukční část projektové dokumentace ve stupni pro stavební povolení. Novostavba rodinného domu je situována na reálném pozemku s vhodnou orientací ke světovým stranám, což umožňuje maximální využití slunečních zisků. Nedílnou součástí je také návrh konstrukčního řešení a vhodných stavebních materiálů. Obvodová konstrukce novostavby je řešena kombinací zdiva se zateplením. Z důvodu minimalizace tepelných mostů a spotřebě energie je navržena plochá střecha. Pro tepelnou pohodu a komfort jako zdroj tepla je navrženo tepelné čerpadlo země/voda. Pro ověření a splnění požadavků na nízkoenergetické stavby je zpracování tepelně technického posouzení jednotlivých konstrukcí na systémové hranici budovy v programu Teplo. Následně je pomocí Energie vyhodnocena a posouzena energetická náročnost budovy.

Abstract:

Bachelor thesis deals with the construction of buildings with low energy consumption. In the theoretical part is clarified history of low-energy houses, explains the basic concepts of the energy performance of buildings and also describes the basic principles of a conceptual solution to these buildings. Application part work includes own design of a family house with low energy consumption. Part o fis architectutal and construction of civil – structural part of the project documentation in grade for the building permit. New built family house is situated on real property with the by a suitable orientation to the cardinal points, allowing maximum utilization of solar gains. An integral part i salso a proposalof structural design and of suitable building materials. The peripheral construction of new buildings is solid by the combination of masonry with insulation. For mason to minimize of thermal bridging and energy consumption is designed flat roof. For thermal komfort and komfort as the heat source is designed thermal pump earth/water. For verification and fulfillment of requirements low-energy buildings is processing thermal technical assessment of individual structures at systém limit of the building in the Heat program. Subsequently is by using the energy evaluated and assessed energetic performance of the building.
