Abstract:
Práce se teoreticky i prakticky zabývá oxidací síry acidofilní chemolitotrofní bakterií Acidithiobacillus ferrooxidans a její vazbou na sirný substrát a přináší předběžné výsledky dané problematiky. Byly zjištěny statisticky významné rozdíly mezi obsahem buněčného ATP u volných a vázaných bakterií, u vázaných bakterií je obsah ATP téměř 3 krát vyšší, což poukazuje na metabolicky odlišnou frakci buněk …more
Abstract:
The thesis is related to theoretical and practical aspects of oxidation of elemental sulfur by Acidithiobacillus ferrooxidans and its attachment to the sulfur surface. Differences in cellular ATP content between attached and free cells were statistically significant, which indicated a metabolically different cell fraction.
