Diplomová práce se zabývá typy kladení otázek užívaných během křížového výslechu v kauze dr. Shipman. Z pragmatického hlediska zkoumá přesvědčovací prostředky, které jsou vlastní každé kategorii. From the point of view of pragmatics it studies the persuasion devices inherent in each category.
