Abstract:

Název: Správa a výběr spotřebních daní v prostředí celní správy Práce je zaměřena na posouzení správy a výběru spotřebních daní v prostředí celní správy. Vývoj výběru spotřebních daní po převzetí agendy orgány celní správy, s rozlišením a specifikací u jednotlivých komodit. Podrobnější zaměření na problematiku krácení spotřební daně z minerálních olejů a tabákových výrobků při dovozu a distribuci na daňovém území České republiky. Identifikace nedostatků, návrhy zlepšení v kontrolní činnosti.

Název: Administration and collection of consumption taxes in the enviroment of customs administration My work is aimed on judgment of the administration and collection of consumption taxes in the enviroment of customs administration. The development of consumption taxes collection after takingover this agenda by bodies of customs administration is discussed here. Some details according to single commodities are mentioned. More detailed description of the area of the fiscal evasion from consumption taxes imposed on mineral oils and tobacco products during import and distribution on the tax territory of the Czech Republic can be found in the thesis. Identification of imperfections and particular proposals on the improvement of control activites are described there.
