Perception of Dishonest Dealers by Senior Citizens

Abstract:

Diplomová práce se zabývá činností nepoctivých obchodníků a jejich nekalými praktikami. Cílem práce je zjištění vlivu těchto praktik na seniory. Teoretická část je zaměřena na cílovou skupinu, tedy seniory,na změny, které u nich jak v psychické,sociální tak i fyziologické složce nastávají. Dále na případné neurodegenerativní onemocnění,která se u této cílové skupiny můžou objevit a taktéž můžou mít vliv na její ovlivňování nepoctivými prodejci.Dále jsou v teoretické části přiblíženi samotní nepoctiví obchodníci a jejich konkrétní činnost.Jsou zde popsány i jednotlivé psychologické či marketingové faktory,které mají při prodeji velký vliv. Empirická část je zaměřena na využití všech těchto poznatků v praxi.Tedy zde je zkoumáno, zda skutečně tito obchodníci mají vliv na seniory.Výzkum je prováděn pomocí rozdělovacího pretestu-Clock testu,který je zde detailněji popsán,a následným rozhovorem s jednotlivými seniory. Vyhodnocení rozhovorů je poté provedeno matematicko-statisticky a je zaznamenáno v příslušných tabulkách.

Abstract:

This diploma thesis deals with dubious practices of the unfair traders. The purpose of the thesis is to find out the impact of these practices on the seniors. The theory part is focused on the target group,this seniors, and the changes which arise by them in the physical,social and also in the physiological segment. Furthermore it aims on the possible neurodegenerative diseases which might occur by such target group and might also affect facile influencing of the seniors by unfair traders. Moreover, the theory part describes closely unfair traders and their specific business. Individual psychological or marketing factors which have an enormous influence by selling are also explained in the theory part. The empirical part is focused on the utilization of the findings in practice. It researches whether the unfair traders have really an impact on the seniors or not. The research has been conducted by distributing pretest-Clock, test which will be described in detail, and by subsequent interviewing individual seniors. The appraisal is executed by using mathematical- statistic approach and it is listed in the corresponding tables.
