Tato diplomová práce se věnuje macbethovským motivům užitých v románové verzi norského autora Joa Nesboho. Představuje postavu Macbetha z hlediska historického a literárního. Stručně uvádí projekt, v rámci kterého jsou postupně převypravována nejslavnější díla anglického dramatika Williama Shakespeara. Následuje komparativní část jednotlivých postav, pasáží a motivů. Abstract:
This thesis is focused on the novel by Norwegian author Jo Nesbo. It represents the character of Macbeth from historical and literary aspect. Briefly gives a description of project which retells the most famous books of an English playwrigt William Shakespeare. Next part is comparation of individual characters, passages and motives.
