Continuous action and perspective of the actor and role

Anotace:

Diplomová práce se věnuje tématu průběžného jednání a perspektivy herce a postavy v divadelní hře. V práci je popsán jejich význam pro inscenaci z pohledu vybraných autorů Konstantina Sergejeviče Stanislavského, Michaila Alexandroviče Čechova, Declana Donnellana, Radovana Lukavského. Jejich náhled na problematiku je porovnán s vlastními hereckými zkušenostmi. Cílem je vysvětlit důležitost pojmů pro správné pochopení role a vhodně intepretovat odborníky popsaná stanoviska. Zároveň na vlastním příkladu ukázat herecký vývoj a individuální uchopení tématu ve vztahu k popisované problematice.

Abstract:

The thesis focuses on the topic of continuous action and the perspective of the actor and the character in a theatrical play. It describes their significance for the production from the viewpoint of selected authors: Konstantin Sergeyevich Stanislavski, Mikhail Aleksandrovich Chekhov, Declan Donnellan, and Radovan Lukavský. Their perspectives on the issue are compared with the author's own acting experiences. The aim is to explain the importance of these concepts for a proper understanding of the role and to appropriately interpret the expert opinions described. Additionally, the thesis demonstrates, through a personal example, the actor's development and individual approach to the topic in relation to the discussed issue.
