Abstract:
V této bakalářské práci se věnujeme vlivu komorbidit na průběh onemocnění COVID-19. Komorbidity porovnáváme mezi sebou a zjišťujeme, která má na průběh covidu největší vliv. Dále se také snažíme predikovat pravděpodobnost těžkého průběhu COVID-19 u pozitivních pacientů. Za tímto účelem vytvoříme 2 modely logistické regrese. Abstract:
In this thesis, we study the influence of comorbidities on the course of COVID-19. We compare the comorbidities and search, which one has the greatest influence on the course of COVID-19. We also try to predict the probability of a severe course of COVID-19 in positive patients. For this purpose, we create 2 logistic regression models.
