Tato bakalářská práce se věnuje studiu vazby potenciálních ruthenitých metaloléčiv na vybrané makrocyklické nosiče. V teoretické části jsou popsány základní informace o platinových a potenciálních rutheniových protirakovinných metaloléčivech. This Bachelor Thesis deals with studying of bind between a potential ruthenium metallodrug and a macrocyclic carrier. The theoretical part gives basic information about platinum and potential ruthenium anticancer metallodrug.
