Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá kavárenstvím v Praze. V teoretické části se nachází popis vývoje kavárenství ve světě a v České republice. Dále se zde nachází kapitoly věnované kávě, protože je to hlavní produkt kaváren. Abstract:
This thesis discusses the topic of coffee and its culture. First theoretical part describes the evolution of such culture in the world and the Czech republic itself. That is followed by chapters about coffee, as it is the main product of cafes. The practical part analyzes the coffee market using information obtained from owners or managers of six different cafes.
