Real estate appraisal theory and appraisal of chosen real estate
Abstract:
Tato diplomová práce porovnává několik různých metod ocenění vybrané nemovitosti. Cílem práce je porovnat různé výsledky získané při použití odlišných oceňovacích metod a analyzovat vznik rozdílů. Nemovitost je oceněna následujícími metodami: administrativní nákladová, administrativní porovnávací, administrativní výnosová a tržní porovnávací.
Abstract:
This diploma thesis compares various appraisal methods while appraising chosen real estate. The goal of this thesis is to compare different outcomes of those methods and to analyze the origin of incurred differences.
