Determination of fatty acid methyl ester (FAME) content in diesel by Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy (FTIR) method
Abstract:
Metylestery mastných kyselin (FAME) jsou jedním ze sledovaných ukazatelů kvality motorové nafty. Stanovení obsahu FAME v motorové naftě metodou infračervené spektrometrie (IČ spektrometrie) je normovanou metodou podle ČSN EN 14078. Cílem bakalářské práce je připravit metodiku stanovení FAME v motorové naftě FTIR spektrometrií a její validace mezilaboratorním srovnáním.Abstract:
Fatty acid methyl esters (FAME) are one of the monitored quality indicators of diesel. The determination of FAME content in diesel by infrared spectroscopy is a standard method in accordance with ČSN EN 14078 norm. The aim of the thesis is to prepare a methodics of the determination of FAME content in diesel using FTIR spectroscopy and its validation by interlaboratory comparison.
