Diplomová práce se zabývá doporučeními čtvrtého akčního plánu BEPS, podává ucelený přehled všech aktuálně platných pravidel nízké kapitalizace v zemích Evropské unie a zahrnuje pohled Evropské unie na harmonizaci těchto pravidel. This diploma thesis deals with recommendations of the Fourth Action Plan of BEPS provides overview of all current valid thin capitalization rules in the countries of the European Union and includes a view of the European Union on the harmonization of these rules.
