Tato práce se zabývá fenoménem filmových pobídek a zaměřuje se na jejich zavedení a dopady v České republice. Definuje pojem filmových pobídek a jeho ukotvení v české legislativě. Dále mapuje zavedení filmových pobídek v Evropě a především dopady opožděného zavedení pobídek na filmový průmysl a ekonomiku v Čechách. This thesis is dedicated to the phenomenon of film incentives, it’s implementation and consequences for Czech republic. It defines the term of film incentives and it’s embedding in legislation. It tries to map implementation of film incentives in Europe and the effects of the delayed implementation in Czech Republic and consequences for the local film industry.
