Abstract:

Předmětem absolventské práce je rekvalifikační vzdělávání. Součástí je stručné vymezení nezaměstnanosti, dále vysvětlení pojmu rekvalifikace, rekvalifikační kurz a charakteristika účastníků kurzů i jejich realizátorů. Práce se také věnuje rekvalifikačnímu vzdělávání na území regionu Vyškov, kde byl zjišťován zájem o rekvalifikační kurzy.

Abstract:

The goal of the graduate thesis is retraining. The thesis includes a concise definition of unemployment, further explanation of the concept of retraining, a retraining course and characteristics of the course participants and their providers. It also describes the retraining in the Vyškov region, where the interest in retraining course was investigated.
