Abstract:

Práce představuje problematiku tvorby rozvrhu, zejména ve vzdělávacím prostředí. Jejím cílem je diskutovat vhodné způsoby a nástroje pro tvorbu školního rozvrhu, poskytnout implementaci a porovnat zvolené metody. Práce začíná představením existujících přístupů a algoritmů používaných k řešení problému. Následně je vytvořen nový systém s aplikací na dvou různých algoritmech, a to na tabu vyhledávání a genetickém algoritmu. Systém také podporuje potřebnou správu tříd, studentů, učitelů, učeben a předmětů a je navržen tak, aby umožnil uživateli nastavit základní omezení pro rozvrhy. Výsledkem je porovnání vybraných algoritmů podle kritérií definovaných v poslední kapitole práce.

Abstract:

The thesis presents the problem of schedule creation, especially in the educational setting. It aims to discuss appropriate ways and tools to use for a school schedule generator, provide an implementation and compare the chosen methods. The work begins with a presentation of existing approaches and algorithms employed to solve the problem. Then, a new system with an application is built upon two different algorithms, namely the tabu search and the genetic algorithm. The system also supports the necessary management of classes, students, teachers, classrooms and subjects and is designed to allow the user to set up basic restrictions for schedules. The result is a comparison of chosen algorithms by criteria defined in the last chapter of the work.
