Travelling the Opava and Raciborz region - a regional textbook

Abstract:

Diplomová práce se zabývá výukou místního regionu na základní a střední škole, které se na školách mnohdy nevěnuje mnoho pozornosti. Cílem práce proto bylo vytvoření výukového materiálu v podobě pracovní učebnice, která se zaměřuje na dva regiony česko-polského příhraniční - okres Opava a okres Ratiboř. Celá práce je rozdělena do dvou částí. Teoretická část se zabývá postavením tématu místního regionu ve vzdělávacích dokumentech, charakterizuje fyzicko-geografické a socioekonomické podmínky obou oblastí. Praktická část práce obsahuje návrh pracovní učebnice okresu Opava a okresu Ratiboř pro základní a střední školy.

Abstract:

This diploma thesis deals with teaching of the local region in elementary and secondary school, which often does not pay much attention to this topic. The aim of this work was to create educational material in the form of working textbook, which focuses on two regions of the czech - polish border - Opava and Racibórz region. The whole work is divided into two parts. The theoretical part deals with the position of the topic of the local region in educational documents, characterizes the physical-geographical and socio-economic conditions of both areas. The practical part of the thesis contains a proposal of a working textbook of the Opava and Racibórz region for primary and secondary schools.
