Electronic archiving of enterprise data

Abstract:

V diplomové práci se zabývám problematiku archivace elektronických dokumentů. Řešenou oblastí je porovnání listinné archivace s elektronickou archivací a žádnou archivací dokumentů u malých podniků v oblastech výhod a nákladů. Obsahem teoretické části je shromáždění informací o vzniku, oběhu, archivaci, skartaci elektronických dokumentů a řešení jejich autentizace v dlouhodobém měřítku. V praktické části srovnávám jednotlivé přístupy archivace, konkrétně listinné archivace, elektronické archivace či žádné archivace a z ní plynoucích postihů pro firmu.

Abstract:

This thesis focuses on electronic archiving of enterprise data. The main aim is to compare the benefits and costs of paper archiving, electronic archiving and the situation when no archiving is done at all for small enterprises. I collect information about the creation, distribution, archiving, shredding of electronic documents and their authentication solution in the long–term. In the practical part I compare different approaches of archiving, namely paper archiving, electronic archiving or no archiving and the resulting penalties for the company.
