Bakalářská práce analyzuje problematiku trestních sankcí v novém trestním zákoníku. V úvodu je popsán jejich historický vývoj, zásady trestního řízení, základní teorie trestání, pojem a účel trestních sankcí. This bachelor thesis analyzes the difficulties of criminal sanctions in the new Criminal Code. The introduction describes historical development, principles of criminal procedure, the basic theory of punishment, the concept and purpose of criminal sanctions.
