Raytracing methods applied to molecular systems
Abstract:
Cílem této práce je popsat implementaci raytraceru, který umožní vytvořit rendery molekul proteinů a jejich tunelů ve vysokém rozlišení. Implementace podporuje vykreslení molekul a jejich tunelů pomocí nejrozšířenějších a nejčastěji používaných metod zobrazení. Abstract:
The aim of the thesis is describe an implemention of the raytracer for rendering molecules of proteins and their tunnels in high resolution. Implementation supports rendering of the most widely used melecule and tunnel visualization types. 3D grid is used for the speed up of the raytracer. Created raytracer is integrated into CAVER Analyst application.
