Abstract:

Předmětem mé diplomové práce je zabezpečení žen v těhotenství a mateřství v českém právním systému. Tato práce obsahuje šest kapitol, ve kterých tento sociálněprávní institut popisuji. Úvod je věnován základním principům zabezpečení žen v těhotenství a mateřství a především jejímu historickému vývoji. Další kapitoly pojednávají například o ochraně žen v těhotenství a mateřství v rámci Evropské Unie a dále se tato práce samozřejmě podrobně zabývá dávkami, které jsou poskytovány ze systémů nemocenského pojištění či v rámci státní sociální podpory. Závěr této diplomové práce patří ochraně těchto zaměstnanců v pracovněprávních vztazích.

Abstract:

The subject of my diploma thesis is the security of women in pregnancy and maternity in the Czech legal system. This work contains six chapters in which I describe this social law institute. The introduction is devoted to the basic principles of women security during pregnancy and maternity and, above all, to its historical development. Next chapters are, for example, about the protection of women in pregnancy and maternity within the European Union, and, of course, this work deals with the benefits provided by sickness insurance schemes or state social support. The conclusion of this diploma thesis is the protection of these employees in labor relations.
