Předložená bakalářská práce řeší především teorii stresu a jeho zvládání pomocí cogingových strategií u zdravotních sester/bratrů. Cílem práce je zjistit, zda existuje rozdíl ve strategiích zvládání stresu u zdravotníků s rozdílnou délkou praxe. A případně, které strategie u nich převládají. Abstract:
The presented bachelor thesis deals mainly with the theory of stress and its coping with cognitive strategies at nurses/brothers. The aim of the work is to find out if there is a difference in stress management strategies with medical professionals with different lengths of practice.
