Abstract:
V této práci jsou charakterizovány dva bakteriofágy, specifické k Pseudomonas aeruginosa, které byly izolovány z preparátů IntestiBacteriophagum a PyoBacteriophagum. Aby bylo možné tyto pseudomonádové bakteriofágy bezpečně využívat k léčebným účelům, je třeba sekvenovat jejich genom a posoudit jejich vhodnost k tomuto účelu. Oba fágy patří do čeledi Myoviridae. Abstract:
Two bacteriophages specific to Pseudomonas aeruginosa, isolated from IntestiBacteriophagum and Pyo Bacteriophagum are characterized in this thesis. To investigate if it is safe to use the two bacteriophages for medical purposes, their genomes were sequenced. The genome of INTESTI phage is 87691 bp long with 162 ORFs.
