Práce je zaměřena na chronické rány, materiály vlhké terapie a sledování jejich antimikrobiální aktivity v in vitro a in vivo podmínkách. The thesis is focused on chronic wounds, dressing materials for moist healing therapy as well as on monitoring of their antimicrobial activities in vitro and in vivo. The first part of the thesis deals with chronic wound definition, factors affecting its healing and the wound bed environment.
