In the introduction it is described the anatomy and physiology of the esophagus and thoroughly dismantled classification that is subject to esophageal cancer. Táto bakalárska práca sa venuje téme malígnych stenóz pažeráka.V úvode práce je popísaná anatómia a fyziológia pažeráka a podrobne rozobraná klasifikácia, ktorej karcinóm pažeráka podlieha. Práca ďalej poukazuje na zobrazovacie a vyšetrovacie metódy a metódy liečby.
