Police officer´s motivation and stimulation to the service in direct performance with distinction for the uniformed police and service criminal police and investigation´s workers

Abstract:

Hlavním tématem bakalářské práce je motivace a stimulace policistů ke službě v přímém výkonu s rozlišením na uniformovanou policii a pracovníky Služby kriminální policie a vyšetřování. V teoretické části jsou objasněny pojmy motivace, stimulace a motivační teorie. V souladu s tématem je rozebrána organizace Policie České republiky, a to zejména se zaměřením na úkoly uniformované policie a pracovníky Služby kriminální policie a vyšetřování. V praktické části jsou popsány výsledky průzkumu zkoumající motivační i demotivační faktory působící na policisty. Cílem této práce je vyhodnocení a specifikace nejdůležitějších motivačních faktorů ovlivňujících pracovní motivaci policistů ke službě s rozlišením na pracovníky Služby kriminální policie a vyšetřování a uniformované policisty. V závěrečné části práce jsou zjištěné rozdílnosti vyhodnoceny a jsou stanovena doporučení pro vedoucí pracovníky na všech stupních řízení k využití zjištěných poznatků ke zkvalitnění procesu pracovní motivace policistů.

Abstract:

The main topic of this bachelor thesis is motivation and stimulation police officers to serve in direct performance with a distinction of uniformed police and members of the criminal investigation police. In the theoretical part explains the notions of motivation, stimulation and motivation theory. In keeping with the theme analyzed the organization of the Police of the Czech Republic, with a particular focus on the tasks of the uniformed police and members of the criminal investigation police. The practical part describes the results of a survey examining the motivation and de-motivating factors affecting the police workers. The aim of this work is the evaluation and specification of the most important motivational factors influencing the motivation of police officers to serve with a resolution of members of the criminal investigation police and uniformed police. In the final part of the study found differences evaluated and recommendations are noted for leaders at all levels of management to use the findings to improve the process of police work motivation.
