The development of legislation of temporary agency work
Abstract:
Tato práce se zaměřuje na změny v české právní úpravě agenturního zaměstnávání v letech 2004 až 2012 s vazbou na mezinárodní a evropskou úpravu, ze které česká právní úprava vychází. Zabývá se rovněž právní úpravou tohoto právního institutu ve vybraných členských státech Evropské unie. Abstract:
This thesis focuses on changes in Czech legislation of agency work between 2004 and 2012 in relation to International and European legislation.It also describes legislation of agency work in other selected European countries. The purpose of this thesis is to point out some of the shortcomings of the legislation and to make improvement proposals on legal aspects.
