Prognóza vývoja umelej inteligencie

Abstract:

Diplomová práca sa zaoberá umelou inteligenciou. Tento viac a viac známy pojem sa dnes objavuje takmer vo všetkých oblastiach sveta. Cieľom práce je zamerať sa na ume- lú inteligenciu v súvislosti s jej dopadmi na podniky a budúcnosťou pracovných miest. Teoretická časť je venovaná hlavným pojmom, kde nechýba rozdelenie umelej inteligen- cie podľa levelu samostatnosti, asistovanou počínajúc a autonómnou končiac. Vysvetle-né sú pojmy machine learning alebo deep learning, nakoľko bez nich by umelá inteli- gencia neexistovala. Nechýba tiež stručná história podaná formou 4 hlavných míľnikov, od zrodu umelej inteligencie až po dnešné kvantové počítače či chatboty. V závere teo- retickej časti sú uvedené možné dopady rozvoja umelej inteligencie. Tie sú ako pozitív-ne, súvisiace so skvalitňovaním vzdelávania a zdravotníckych služieb, tak aj negatívne, ktoré ovplyvňujú súkromie a bezpečnosť. Druhá časť práce je už konkrétnejšie venovaná dopadom umelej inteligencie na podniky, ktoré je možné očakávať postupne v troch vl-nách. Táto forma vĺn je potom dodržaná pri celom spracovaní praktickej časti. Pri prog-nózovaní budúcnosti bola použitá prognostická metóda exponenciálneho vyrovnávania a expertné analýzy. Štatistické dáta ako ja odhady analytických spoločností ukazujú, že zavádzanie technológie v podnikoch nasleduje exponenciálny trend. Očakávame rast produkcie, rast kvality výrobkov a zlepšenie pochopenia a predvídania zákazníckych po-trieb. Záver tejto práce nepotvrdzuje známu obava zo straty pracovných miest. Dá sa očakávať, že pracovné miesta rutinného typu, s predvídateľným charakterom náplne práce, ktoré je možné ľahko formulovať do riadkov kódu, postupom času prevezmú stro-je, ale rovnako sa očakáva rozvoj nových pracovných pozícií a to hlavne technického a sociálneho smeru. Odborníci a špecialisti budú viac než žiadaní, pretože myslenie v súvislostiach na tejto úrovni je pre dnešnú a budúcu umelú inteligencia stále náročné.

Abstract:

The thesis is focused on the artificial intelligence. The increasingly known concept is used in almost every area of the world. Main goal of the thesis is to focus on artificial in- telligence regarding its impact on businesses and future of working place. Theoretical part describes main concepts and it involves artificial intelligence divided by level of in- dependence, starting by assisted and ending with autonomous. Following part is dedi-cated to firstly, explain machine learning and deep learning while there would be no ar- tificial intelligence without those terms and secondly, to brief history in form of 4 main milestones from birth of artificial intelligence to today’s versions of quantum computers or chatbots. At the end of theoretical part are mentioned impacts of developing artificial intelligence which are both positive and negative. Positive side effect will be seen in education and healthcare. On the other side are negative ones such as unemployment, questions of se-curity or privacy. Second part, practical part focuses on specific problems in businesses which follows a pattern of 3 waves. Methods used in forecasting of future are method of exponential equalization and expert analysis. Statistics and prediction of analytical companies show that using artificial intelligence is followed by exponential growth. Future will bring a growth of production, quality of goods and improvements in understanding of customer needs. One of the conclusions is that a well-known fear of unemployment is not as valid. It is true that routine jobs where the character of activities is predictable and which we can define by few lines of code are easily replaced by machines but there is the other part and that is a develop- ment of new jobs mainly in technical and social field. Highly educated workers and pro-fessionals will be more than required while the process of thinking about such complex a level is too complicated for artificial intelligence of near future.
