V této práci jsme optimalizovali přístrojové vybavení a metodologii pro spolehlivé hodnocení absolutního množství aktivních kaspáz-3/7 a jejich variabilitu v jednotlivých buňkách za různých podmínek. Zaměřili jsme se množství kaspáz-3/7 během proliferace, diferenciace a buněčné smrti pre-osteoblastických buněk MC3T3-E1. In this work, we optimized instrumentation and methodology for reliable evaluation of the absolute amount of active caspase-3/7 and their variability in single-cells under various conditions.
