Abstract:
Kriminalistická balistika se zabývá mechanismem výstřelu, pohybem střely v hlavni zbraně, analýzou povýstřelových zplodin a zkoumá funkčnost zbraní a střeliva. Povýstřelové zplodiny vznikají výstřelem střely z hlavně. Detekce povýstřelových zplodin je využívaná při určování střelce. Cílem práce bylo použít metodu LA-ICP-MS k detekci povýstřelových zplodin. Abstract:
Forensic ballistics examine gunshot mechanism, bullet movement in the gunpoint, firearm, ammunition and gunshot residues analysis. Gunshot residues are product of shot departure from the gunpoint. Detection of gunshot residues is used to identify a shoter. Target of this bachelors work was aplication of LA-ICP-MS for detection gunshot residues.
